Your new Sash Windows
Using a combination of traditional joinery skills and 21st century techniques we produce beautiful period windows to your exact specifications.
Your replacement windows will look just like the originals, while benefitting from more stringent draught reduction, fewer rattles and improved eco efficiency. All replacement Sash windows that we fit have been hand crafted by our experienced Sash Window Workforce to fit each individual customers windows in our fully equipped workshop. This allows us to ensure that we provide our customers with a bespoke sash window that they will be entirely thrilled with.
Our Replacement Process
Complete satisfaction from start to completion.
Our team will carefully remove the existing panel work as required. We will then carefully remove the sash window in order to prevent dust and debris. We then inspect all the surrounding stonework to ensure the refit will be successful and repair anything that is substandard. The new sash window is fitted. An insulating foam is inserted around the case between the stone and wood. The window is then re-pointed with traditional sand mastic. The panel work or shutters are re-fitted.
The new sash and case window is pre-primed in the workshop before installation. Fully painting the exterior/interior can be carried out if specified. We use environmentally safe paints for our interior/exterior painting.
