The gaps in a sash window are rarely the same size and often vary from 3mm up to 10mm. Our draught system comes in 3 different lengths to fit any size gaps in sash windows, from 5.5mm, 8.5mm to 11.5mm. The True-Sash Draught Proofing System will be inserted into your original timber wherever possible. The baton rods are removed. They are routed out to take the appropriate gauge of draught pile. The lower sash window is routed along mid and bottom rails and fitted with 11.5mm gauge draught pile.

Putting it simply…It will improve it drastically.
During the installation process we completely remove, rehang each sash window. They will slide easily and won’t rattle. Where necessary, the frames themselves will be expertly restored by our experienced team.
